My husband and I had THE best experience at Bellevue Auto Nation Jeep, from beginning to end. Salesman Tyler was exceptional! Very knowledgeable, not pushy and patient. Nation Jeep, from beginning to end. Salesman Tyler was exceptional! Very knowledgeable, not pushy and patient. More
Great team to work with for a purchase. Stuart was amazing and never gave up to get the sale closed. I am very pleased with the entire experience. Stuart was amazing and never gave up to get the sale closed. I am very pleased with the entire experience. More
I recently bought a 2022 Ram Rebel and had issues with this truck before leaving the lot. My mistake for not seeing this as an omen. TPMS sensor wasn't able to read the passenger side rear tire. I schedul this truck before leaving the lot. My mistake for not seeing this as an omen. TPMS sensor wasn't able to read the passenger side rear tire. I scheduled a service to have it looked at, and they discovered it was a bad gauge cluster. I dropped my truck off on January 17th. Due to parts being on backorder, gauge cluster finally coming in and there still being an issue and needing to order another part (Which was also on backorder) I finally received my truck exactly 1 month later. During that time, I was told by the dealer that I should reach out to Dodge Ram customer service to expedite the parts and for updates. I was tossed around to several people there, who were "handling my case" Communication from Corporate was trash, any attempt to reach out to my case manager(s) was met with radio silence, which is extremely frustrating when the dealer had my truck longer than I did. After calling/emailing Dodge customer service almost daily, I finally had a tracking # for the part we needed. I texted that over to my service writer and a day later my truck was FINALLY DONE! During this time, I was contacted by the dealer that my plates had arrived. I asked if they could put them on, and they said "No problem" (This was 15 days or so before my truck was done) when I arrived a month later to pick up my truck, the plates were not on my truck, or in my truck, my dash was marred (From something used to pull the console?) there were two long screws in my cupholder (Do those go to my truck?) my right rear tire was low, and my battery was low. Everyone at the shop was cordial, but the delivery was weak at best. I've spent close to 70K on a truck I didn't have 1 day without issue, the dealer had for an entire month and this was the way I got it back? rubbed me the wrong way a bit. my consolation prize for picking a tainted truck was two car wash coupons though, so there's that. Again, the staff were all cordial and pleasant to work with, but the process was lame, telling me to call corporate to expedite the issue was lame, the delivery of my truck when completed was lame. I left feeling that I was the problem, when it was your truck that is the problem. Rodney, you handed me the keys and expected me to go find my truck in the back lot? I told you when I would be at your shop, and I was there at that time. Why wouldn't you have had my truck pulled up to the front, xxxx, the xxxx upper dash console was still popped out. More
