Staff is very friendly. Doesn't keep trying to push their opinions to you while you search for your car. I guess only when the deal is being closed, their finance representative push a bit on the "extra coverage" with the basic pitch saying that without that you WILL be screwed. I argued "what about my 3 years warranty?" and the person answered "it's 3 years because the auto companies know it will break right after the 3 years. I argued that "I'll take the risk" and got a "it's not a risk, it's a fact, your car will break after 3 years". Anyway, the guy was just trying to be a good "insurance" sales person, that's all. But that's basic industry standard for offering warranty, so I DID take the risk instead of paying almost 12% more for the car at the moment I was closing the deal. Any other assistance from the sales staff was great. More
