I have had so many quirky and confusing problems with my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid and I would not recommend this dealership or brand to anyone. My wife and I purchased a brand new Grand Wagoneer 3 weeks ago. Its been a nightmare. It has spent more time in the shop over a stupid relay than we have been able to drive it. We are constantly bein weeks ago. Its been a nightmare. It has spent more time in the shop over a stupid relay than we have been able to drive it. We are constantly being lied to by the service manager and the finance manager. I have purchased many high-end luxury cars/SUV's, I only purchased this one because my wife liked them. I will never purchase another Jeep or work with Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Bellevue again or Auto Nation as a whole. They do not return calls and only look out for what works for them not what matters to the client. More
