I have been a customer here for the past 8 years or so and I have seen the level of service decline. I was on hold for a least 20 minutes because I had questions regarding the cost, timeframe, etc for my and I have seen the level of service decline. I was on hold for a least 20 minutes because I had questions regarding the cost, timeframe, etc for my appointment. When I finally talked to the scheduler she did not have answers to any of my questions. She should have known the price to charge for the diagnosis. She also said my appointment would need to be rescheduled because they were closed Memorial Day. The calendar online had that day available for appointments. Further, she told me my service agent, Chris Rider, will call me back regarding my questions. This occurred on Tuesday, and never received a call back. I tried calling again on Wednesday and was able to leave a voicemail. My appointment was Thursday and on that day I still hadn’t received a call. I arrived at the appointment and explained this to my service provider Chris, and he seemed disinterested. At this time I presented him with a coupon and he took note of it. I also asked if the $250 for the diagnosis went toward the repairs if the repairs were performed. This used to be the policy here, but I haven’t got repairs in a awhile. He acted like that was a ridiculous thing to ask. I also later realized he did not apply the coupon. As mentioned, I have been I customer for several years and have my oil changes done here. My last oil change was in February and it took almost 3 hours and I had an appointment. That is an unacceptable wait time for a simple oil change when you have an appointment. They later told me they were short staffed and backed up. I should have been told this up front. More
Unfortunately this was a terrible, frustrating experience. I was initially unsure about whether I should even drive the car. So, I called and emailed multiple times. NO RESPONSE. I set an appointment on-line and paid to have my car towed to the location. I am not sure why I made an appointment. Over the course of the next 14 Days.. Yes 14 days nothing was done, the car was not EVEN ASSESSED. I received no phone calls and perhaps one email indicating they had not yet seen the car. I went to the dealer. I was assured someone would look at it. On the 20th day still after no action or communication I went to the dealer and picked up the car. It still had not been seen. Not touched. I left with no apology and took it to another mechanic. I dropped it off at that mechanic he assessed it as a simple coil replacement, fixed it and I had my car the next afternoon. Oddly, he had spent much less man hours doing this job than I was told it would be when I had the ONE and ONLY communication with CDJR Bellevue. Frustrating. No communication. Suspect integrity. More

Went here to get oil change and tire rotation, plus a few recalls. They are very professional and do good work.
