Dealer wrecked my 1 year old car in March while doing warranty work. It took them 5 months to fix the damage, and once it was fixed I tried to trade it in and was told that it had depreciated over all th warranty work. Is it my fault if you wreck my car and then take almost half a year to fix it? The answer from Autonation CJDR seems to be "yes". I guess it is my fault for doing business with these clowns. The upside is I can't really hold anyone accountable because they've changed staff so many times in the past half-year that I have no idea who works here. I leave messages asking about the status of my car, and the voicemail box names are all people who left a long time ago. I guess new people don't bother updating the names because they don't plan to stay either. More
