Horrible service! Brought my truck in at 8:15am as scheduled for standard maintenance. Well at 4:00pm I called to ask if it was done, got directed voicemail so left a message. No reply so I called at 4:30pm, no reply. Called again at 4:45pm, no reply. Called the sales department and they said they would go over and ask that someone calls me back, no reply. Called service again 5:00pm, no reply. Called at 5:15pm, no reply. Left messages with the service person and the service manager numerous times and NOTHING. Got a ride over there as they closed at 6pm and what do you know the Service Manager Brennan Bassett and another service person are chatting. I saw my truck in the lot and kindly explained the issue. Brennan told me sorry, the phones are down. Looking at the service receipt my truck was done at 11:59am however they did not complete the service - tire rotation and air filter. Asked about it and they said the air filter is only if needed but the tech listed it as yellow (where they would sell me one as needed) but given I prepaid when I bought the truck, now yellow is fine! The tire rotation they said they couldn't find the wheel lock, the tires have never been rotated and need it, - it was in the glove box in the front right - never called or asked. What a way to damage a long standing customer! In the end Brennan gave me 5 free car washes as comp - okay but now I have to come back too. I will be writing to the owner - not as a "Karen" but as a person who only expected the basics. Horrible, avoid them! More

This was the worst service experience I have had in almost 30 years of owning vehicles. Made an appointment for the first oil change on my new Promaster van as well as a request to look at the frequen almost 30 years of owning vehicles. Made an appointment for the first oil change on my new Promaster van as well as a request to look at the frequent automatic changing of the digital speed display from MPH to KPH even though the setting is MPH. You can read about this behavior on forums and I let the service advisor know that I was not changing the settings. This was Monday at 7:30am and was told they may need to keep it over night. I never heard from the dealer on Monday. I never heard from the dealer on Tuesday by the end of the day and called to get a voicemail, so I left one. I also emailed the service advisor and was told he would look into it first thing in the morning. I never heard from them by close of business on Wednesday. I called only to get another voicemail and I left another one. I decided to go to the dealership Thursday in the morning on my way to work to figure out what was doing on. When I got there I waited (without even being acknowledged) while the service advisor and what looked like one of the techs chatted away for about 10 minutes. When I was finally helped, I was told they were short staffed and had not even started on the van yet. I got a call Thursday afternoon informing me the van was done and I could pick it up. This story gets even better... I was told the MPH/KMH issue was my fault as I was changing the settings. When I go to drive away I then noticed the dash below the stereo has a large gap where the clips are not seated. I've owned this van for six months and this has never been an issue unit I picked up the van. I went and grabbed the service advisor before leaving the grounds to show him this and he said they could warranty it as it looks like it "warped" and I should setup an appointment. I went home and unscrewed the cover and pulled it off the dash and, right away, could see what the issue was... the clips had been broken when the dash was removed by being overly stressed. Now, I have a loose dash that can only be remedied by replacing due to the damage. Before you reply with a cookie-cutter canned "please call so we can find a solution", there is no way I am every going to let your staff anywhere near my vehicles again. More
