My suggestion is never at all cost use there service department for anything. i have no clue if they do good work but what i can tell you is they are a joke. i had an appointment and dropped off my vehi department for anything. i have no clue if they do good work but what i can tell you is they are a joke. i had an appointment and dropped off my vehicle for warranty work on a Saturday that i bought from AutoNation Honda in Renton where i was treated very well and i would recommend. i did not here anything back from them so i started calling them on the following Tuesday multiple times leaving messages unable to talk to anyone in the service department as they use and offsite answering service. When i finally was able to talk to someone in the service department they told me i never dropped of my vehicle. i had to drive to there location where i found my vehicle where i received basically a generic apology and was told i would receive a call back from the service department at the latest the next day. No 5 days later i have not received a call back from anyone and have again left multiple messages with no response. Again i will need to drive to there location to see what is going on (64 miles round trip) I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN) save yourself the frustration!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
