I was visiting family from out of town, and my car needed its first oil change. The service team at Auto Nation not only was able to get me in in a timely manner, but their energy was so incredibly positive, its first oil change. Jamel Black is the worst Consultant in the Service Center. He doesn't like when you ask to speak with someone higher than him do to not being able to handle things beyond his control. If you ask for his manager, he will argue with you, over talk you and curse you out telling you to "GET YOUR GHETTO xxx UP OUT OF HERE!" Jamel will tell you he is from Mercy Drive to intimidate you and then his manager Mike will back him up and let him approach you aggressively calling you stupid and a liar and not tell him to calm down! I had to tell him if he touch me, I will have to call the cops on him! Then I called his manager BRENT MILLS and he never returned my call and his facility manager DERRICK CHILDS will call you and tell you he heard 2 different versions and he wasnt there then get mad because you called corporate telling you that he read your lengthy email. I didnt know I was limited to writing up a complaint (DERRICK REALLY CALLED ME UPSET THAT I CONTACTED CORPORATE BECAUSE HE DIDNT WANT TO SIMPLY APOLOGIZE FOR HIS STAFF THREATENING ME AND CURSING ME OUT) IF THAT WAS HIS MOM, SISTER, DAUGHTER ETC, JAMEL'S END RESULT OF THREATS WOULD HAVE WENT A DIFFERENT WAY. WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND!!! THANK ME LATER, I GUARANTEE THAT DERRICK WILL SEE HIS STAFF WORKER SPLURGE OUT ON ANOTHER CUSTOMER BECAUSE THATS JUST HOW JAMEL IS, ITS HIS WAY OR NO WAY, HE STILL HAVE HIS JOB AND EVEN THOUGH HE MADE AN INTIMIDATING ATTACK TOWARDS ME, KEPT RUNNING IN AND OUT THE #MANAGER MIKE OFFICE WHEN I WAS SPEAKING WITH MIKE ABOUT THE ISSUE CALLING ME A LIAR AND TELLING MIKE WHATEVER HE TOLD ME STANDS! MIKE NEVER STOPPED JAMEL'S AGGRESSION TOWARDS ME AS A WOMAN, HE ALLOWED HIM TO SPEAK TO ME AND THREATEN ME AND DIDNT APOLOGIZE NOR TRY TO DE ESCALATE THE SITUATION THEN HIS MANAGERS, BRENT AND DEREK BELIEVED HIS LYING SOB STORY OPENING UP THE DOORS TO TREAT ANOTHER CUSTOMER LIKE THIS I HATE I THAT I BOUGHT MY CAR FROM THEM, WHAT THE xxxx HAVE I GOT MYSELF INTO? I should have known that this dealership was no good after I took my car to them 3-4 times where they misdiagnosed my car even on the diagnostic machine and charged me for an issue that wasnt wrong with the car, it was a whole different issue costing me thousands of dollars at the end of the day do to the issue getting worse they overlooked! What a HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP AND UNPROFESSIONAL AGGRESSIVE STAFF! Lol DERRICK CALLED ME AND TOLD ME NOT TO BRING MY CAR BACK BECAUSE HE IS MAD AT THIS REVIEW AND THE COMPLAINT TO CORPORATE LOL LOL LOL DONT GET TRICKED INTO BUYING A CAR FROM THEM, IM TRADING THIS CAR ASAP NO CHEVY! PLUS MY CAR IS ALREADY FIXED BY ANOTHER COMPANY SO 3 PHONE CALLS TO ME TODAY WAS NOTHING BUT HARRASSMENT DERRICK CHILDS!!! USE THE BRAIN YOU WERE BLESSED WITH, COMMON SENSE IS IF YOU WERE MISTREATED, WOULD YOU GO BACK TO THAT ESTABLISHMENT? I WAS NEVER COMING BACK THERE AGAIN AFTER YOU ALL THREATENED MY LIFE AND ALLOWED YOUR STAFF TO COVER IT UP! AUTONATION SEND DERRICK, MIKE, JAMEL AND BRENT BACK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING CLASSES BECAUSE DERRICK CLEARLY GOT DISCONNECTED FROM IT CALLING ME WITH AN ATTITUDE TODAY ALL IN HIS PERSONAL FEELINGS ABOUT A REVIEW THAT I HAVE A RIGHT TO POST...THIS IS A FREE COUNTRY!!! You have no leadership intelligence skills, Name 1 company you go to and the managers allow the workers to mistreat their customers... You were not threatened and disrespected, I was all because I simply asked for a manager.
