My truck was in for a major warranty repair. This dealership had it for three months. I contacted them every day and not one time. Did somebody answer the phone or call me back I asked for the g This dealership had it for three months. I contacted them every day and not one time. Did somebody answer the phone or call me back I asked for the general manager and the owner and they did not respond I contacted Mary Barra, General Motors, CEO, and she did not respond but referred me to a resolution specialist. All he did was say I’m so are you go through this but never did help me. He said he had trouble getting through and they never contacted him. How old is company stays in business I don’t know when I was here to pick up my vehicle, it had a dent in it, and they refused to except they did it, despite it being in their workshop, the entire three months , in addition, while I was here, another lady had her car in there for several days and was yelling because it wasn’t ready. More
Horrible service department! They get paid by the amount of money they bill! I have left countless messages with call logs to prove it- never a call back. I even called the sales department hoping they could transfer my call for someone to answer but no luck! My Service rep was William Fierro. Never called me yo tell me what was wrong with the truck, never gave me a quote, just did the work-told me to pick it up and hit me with a $700.00 bill. Even though the truck is 12 days old and definitely under warranty! I highly recommend not using this service department More

This my second time at this dealership and my first experience was super great. This time not so much. Last time I made an appt. Last minute and was squeezed in. This time well in advance and I waited experience was super great. This time not so much. Last time I made an appt. Last minute and was squeezed in. This time well in advance and I waited on my car. It took almost triple the time I was told and my oil light won't stop coming on. I went in for an oil change like last time. In fact, I've never had this problem before and I've had multiples on this vehicle. I as going to save my review until the problem is handled and give a chance to fix the issue but you asked More

My service advisor was named Jamel. He has excellent people skills and kept me informed every step of the way. AutoNation Chevrolet scheduled me an appointment and then when I got there, told me it could take up 1 week for a diagnosis , mind you on a car they built. Needless to say, they kept my car for 2 weeks and q when I got there, told me it could take up 1 week for a diagnosis , mind you on a car they built. Needless to say, they kept my car for 2 weeks and quoted me over 6k to fix a 2015 Chevy , and had the AUDACITY to call me to try to buy it . More
