The service guy was so helpful and nice. I appreciate how fast they did my work. I didn't mind waiting in the waiting room for 90 minutes while the work was being done. Most every time I've been to Auto Nation, my experience was perfect. However, this last time was quite disappointing. I was there because I got a notice from them that I should come in for a "winter chec was perfect. However, this last time was quite disappointing. I was there because I got a notice from them that I should come in for a "winter check", so I made an appointment and went. What should have taken 30 - 45 minutes ended up keeping me there for several hours with no one informing me of why. I started bugging folks and finally somebody got to checking and discovered that my battery was low and I needed a new one. In the end everything was taken care of but it's a really good thing I'm retired and have all the time in the world to sit in an auto dealership. More
