Took my 2016 Silverado in for oil change and tire rotation. My rear tire was low on air, and I mentioned to Andrew (service rep) and he said it would get aired up. Andrew was very helpful and made all the difference with the way I thought of this dealership. He brought my trust back into the dealership after Chris Kubena and Bradley really irritated and upset me and d the way I thought of this dealership. had 10am appointment for oil/filter service. was told THREE Hour wait and was told service recommended a wheel alignment. decided to to wait and went into customer wait area where I discovered n was told THREE Hour wait and was told service recommended a wheel alignment. decided to to wait and went into customer wait area where I discovered no wifi service. went to service advisor to speak to service manager. was told he was out somewhere. waited 15min and requested my truck and left. I have purchased two Colorado trucks from this dealership in the past five years. this will be the last trip to Autonation Austin Chevy unless they can fix their issues with customer service. More
