Website is garbage, and seemingly the only way to communicate. No one answers the phone at service, or parts. Service rep was not clear on scope of work and did not communicate ability or schedule c communicate. No one answers the phone at service, or parts. A follow up on my review on 02/24/23: I lodged a complaint with the Texas DMV about AutoNation's deceptive practices. In addition to what I outlined previously, I was told by Joshua Sword that my ve complaint with the Texas DMV about AutoNation's deceptive practices. In addition to what I outlined previously, I was told by Joshua Sword that my vehicle would be registered in Williamson County, where I live. Instead, it was registered in Travis County, as the title person would not travel to Williamson County to register my vehicle. Here is an excerpt from an Email I received from the investigator assigned to my complaint: "I have completed my investigation regarding your complaint against the above named licensee filed with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles - Enforcement Division. My investigation revealed evidence of a violation(s) related to the laws and/or rules which we regulate." "Your complaint, and my recommendation, have been forwarded to the attorney assigned to this case. The attorney will make the final determination on what disciplinary action, if any, will be taken." Wish I could give zero stars. Beware of AutoNation Chevrolet. More
