I have observed a large communication break down at this location in every exchange I have with them. My first appointment I called to confirm and they said the part was not in. If I had not called the day location in every exchange I have with them. My first appointment I called to confirm and they said the part was not in. If I had not called the day before the appointment I would have shown up and then they would have discovered they weren't ready to do the work. Yesterday I arrived to have my Catalytic converter installed. The man said, 'is the part here?' I said 'they called me.' He said, 'oh they usually call me. But I am glad they called someone.' This struck me as odd. He knew I was coming, how did he need know about the details of the job? Anyway, Everyone was very kind. They gave me a ride to a local business to wait while the work was done. I left my car and 3 hours later I got a call saying the people who ordered the part forgot to order a gasket that gets installed with the converter. So no work got done. How was this not discovered BEFORE I came for my appointment? They assign someone to the job the day you make an appointment and I wonder what their job really is, for I had an appointment based on getting a call that the parts were in. Yet not ALL the required parts apparently. Again, communication break down. I was a half mile a way around the corner from the dealer at a fedex kinkos. It took the courtesy shuttle over an hour to come get me. I walked back to the dealer. They couldn't send a ride a half mile around the corner? Customer service ball dropping. If I had a customer waiting after no work got done in a scheduled appointment making them happy would be a priority. Waiting an hour when I was around the corner felt ridiculous. I left out of sorts and frustrated and wonder what they do when things go down like this. Do they even review it and look to see what didn't work? I have compassion and patience and understand things happen but my overall and nearly every interaction has been bumpy at best and this adds up to poor impressions and me not wanting to do business there.
