They truly went way out of their way to get the service performed in an efficient manner. They got me in at 8am and had the car ready for me by 1pm the same day! The entire service department was very nice and professional. I even met with the service technician and he was very, very helpful in answering my questions and getting my BlueTooth running. I would recommend the service department @ Power Chevrolet Valencia to anyone that needs to have their car serviced. I finally decided to get rid of my 2004 Lincoln Navigator, the gas and repairs we're killing me. So after a lot of careful consideration, and a cost benefit analysis, I bought a 2012 Chevy Volt. I can't believe how little gas I use now. It is astonishing. I've only used 1.9 gallons, but I have driven nearly 300 miles! I'm telling you, the technology in the car is crazy. Everyone stops me and asks about the Volt. I really think that Chevy got this one right. Its an awesome car, if you are on the fence about this car....do it! I can also tell you, I think the guys at Power Chevrolet did a nice job too. I did a lot of my negotiating on the internet and told them what I wanted and then they made it happen. There was no screwing around with negotiations. It was really the perfect situation for me. My sales guy Willie Dalgan has been on the money with follow-up. He hasn't blown me off, even though I bought the car 3 weeks ago. He checks in on me and gets back to me whenever I have had a question. I also appreciated that Willie did a thorough job of showing me all the features of the Volt even though it was late and the dealership was closing for the evening. I live in Santa Monica and made the drive to Power Chevrolet in Valencia. I can happily report it was well worth it for me. More

Personally I am a very difficult sell as I am very analytical and discerning. My encounter with Willie Dalgan began back in August 2011, and was continuous until today, October 26, 2011 when I just analytical and discerning. Due to the type of person I am, Willie Dalgan has had to be extremely patient, and more than diligent in his follow up as I contacted him daily, sometimes several times a day with concerns, questions and negotiations. I vacillated in my decision to purchase the car more times than I can count over the last two months, and Willie never lost his composure and was always willing to help and serve me as a potential buyer. I can’t say that I personally in his shoes, would have been that calm. A good sales person cannot just push to sell, but needs to show a true concern for the client he is dealing with. Willie exhibits this trait and I was extremely impressed. Several times I told Willie I had decided on the vehicle I ultimately purchased, and changed my mind at the last minute, which I am sure was very frustrating for a salesperson. Willie is a very grounded individual in that he kept his cool and continued to serve me in the best possible manner. I would not hesitate for an instant to refer my closest friend (s) or family to Willie for the purchase of a car. They would be in great hands. I can only hope that he is valued as the huge asset that he is by Power Chevrolet. More
