SERVICE ADVISORS AND CASHIERS PRACTICE POOR TELEPHONE ET THIS DEALERSHIP'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT REGARDING VEHICLES I HAVE PURCHASED FROM THE FACILITY. SERVICE ADVISORS AND CASHIERS PRACTICE POOR TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE LEAVING ME ON HOLD INTERMINABLY AND RECENTLY DISCONNECTING MY CALL WHEN TRYING TO SCHEDULE A COURTESY SHUTTLE RIDE. I HAVE BROUGHT MY VEHICLES TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT NUMEROUS TIMES REGARDING NOISE RELATED PROBLEMS, BUT THE DEALERSHIP HAS FAILED TO CORRECT ALL OF THEM RETURNING MY VEHICLES TO ME WITH UNCORRECTED PROBLEMS. I BROUGHT THESE ISSUES TO THE ATTENTION OF MATT GOODING, SERVICE DEPARTMENT MANAGER, BUT TO NO AVAIL. I THEN FILED A COMPLAINT WITH GM'S CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT CONCERNING THESE ISSUES AND FOUND OUT THAT MR. GOODING HAD TOLD THE GM REPRESENTATIVE THAT I WAS NO LONGER WELCOME TO BRING MY VEHICLES TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR NECESSARY AND WARRANTY REPAIR WORK. MR. GOODING'S ACTIONS WERE UNPROFESSIONAL, DISCOURTEOUS, ARBITRARY, CAPRICIOUS, PUNITIVE, UNFAIR, AND WITHOUT MERIT. HE HAS CREATED AN UNDUE HARDSHIP FOR ME BY REFUSING TO SERVICE MY VEHICLES. IT'S VERY CLEAR TO ME THAT THIS DEALERSHIP DOES NOT VALUE GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS WITH REPEAT CUSTOMERS SUCH AS MYSELF. More
