Such a sad state of affairs. This dealer went from top marks to the cellar almost overnight. The truck (Avalanche) they sold me is a lemon. A vehicle that has serious mechanical problems, yet they sold it marks to the cellar almost overnight. The truck (Avalanche) they sold me is a lemon. They will not do the right thing and repair it at no cost. This dealership does not stand behind their product. Well, of course caveat emptor...buyer beware. Well, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I have given them several opportunities to make things right. They don't care about losing customers. Be prepare to lose many more, Power! I will definitely do my part to inform the unsuspecting public of the unscrupulous, underhanded tactics of this dealerhsip. Go somewhere else, anywhere else to purchase vehicle.
