My husband left a message the night before our appointment because he forgot our daughter had an orthodontist appointment to get her braces on at 915 in Simi Valley where we live. He let you know we would be late or have to cancel. I as well called at a quarter to 10, and spoke to a female advising her I would not make our 1030 appointment and could either be there at 11 or reschedule. She said not to worry and to come in and she would let them know I would be there by 11. When I showed up at 11, no one acknowledged me. One guy was playing on his computer searching the web and the guy who our appointment was with Steve Johnson I believe his name was was abrupt and rude saying to the guy playing on his computer when I asked if someone could help me: “can you check her in, she is late” then turns to me and proceeds to tell me “your appointment was at 1030 and now I am on lunch, so I can’t help you! I always take my lunch at 11, so that is why your appointment was at 1030 if you would have showed up on time, I would have helped you, but I’m already working through my lunch so he can help you!” I apologized and told him I called ahead and so did my husband but he still cut me off and said “well no one told me!” I understand if someone is having a bad day, but no one deserves to be treated such way when I tried to reschedule and was told to come in anyhow. I can’t say I will come back for any service. From not being greeted or asked if they could help me, to then telling me he can’t because I’m late and he was mad, not a very welcoming place. Not to mention I had my baby with me. More

This is beyond bad customer service. My second encounter with their service department was even worse then my first. unable to even speak with a manager 1 made an appt for a recall. I went in and waited for an hour while the work was being performed. after an hour I was approached and told that they di 1 made an appt for a recall. I took the day off to get this done so I lost a days wages and I inconvienienced my employer and I waisted my time. I was told sorry come back. why was inventory not checked before I got there they new what I was there for., I waisted my day. I called to speak with the manager and was told he was too busy and I would have to speak with his assistant. I was transferred and the assistant never picked up the phone. They are now liable for what ever happens because of their negligence. This was a saftey recall. with possibility of fire!!!! They made no attempt to get my vehicle taken care of. More

Poor management! Zero Professionalism and Integrity! The dealer reserved a vehicle for me. Scheduled a time to purchase and take delivery of the vehicle. The manager Seth Landesman sold the vehicle to another customer a day before my appointment. Bombarded with emails, poor communication between the management and sales associates. Total waste of time! I would not recommend AutoNation Chevrolet Valencia. Overall experience - Unpleasant! More

my experiance Tim was our salesman, he was such a great help and he really looked our for our needs and what i was looking for in a truck. our last two chevy purcha Tim was our salesman, he was such a great help and he really looked our for our needs and what i was looking for in a truck. our last two chevy purchases were done at Santa Paula Chevrolet, and we went to Autonation Chevrolet in Valencia just to look. it was odd at first. no salesman greeted us for a while. when we were just going to give up Tim came up to us and asked if we have been helped. he then gave us a five star service. i told him what i was looking for and he showed me the differance in the silverados i was interested in. i fell in love with the red hot sport custom silverado more cause it had the two main things i was looking for. Tim then showed me some numbers on what we would be looking at for purchase. TIm really pushed on getting the deal through. Tim really worked with us and the finance department to make it happen. it was really nice to see the whole finance dept and the Gen Manager get involved to make the deal happen. we finally got into financing and Chad not only was very personable but when he pushed it through the finance company, he even got them to lower our rate from what was originally agreed on. We just want to thank Autonation Chevrolet for what they did, and that we have a new chevy dealership family. I have already recommended Autonation Chevrolet Valencia to my boss who is looking to start buying company trucks More

Service Department There is no reception desk, it is so weird, I encountered an incredibly rude female service technician who insulted me,I told her my car was literally There is no reception desk, it is so weird, I encountered an incredibly rude female service technician who insulted me,I told her my car was literally breaking down and I felt lucky to have made it in, I even got an ONSTAR email that said go in NOW. She was so condescending, she told me she was too busy to help, then said ' come back some other time, ok, bye bye now...' BIT***!!!! I have been a Honda and Mercedes customer for many years, and now I know why. Next time she will hear it from me, as I am no quiet little thing. She had loose cigarettes all over her desk and was a disaster. Her cubicle was right next door to Manny. I left almost in tears, then got mad and walked into Manny's office, he saved me! So nice and helpful, He saved your business and some really bad social postings, you are lucky to have him!!!! He kept in contact with me, updated me to everything. Against his power, the part took a week to come in, ridiculous...I felt so bad... Manny, will you please come work at Honda, I have kept my Honda and they could use you, this Chevy agency is a waste of time for you! You are too talented to work with those morons. I scored this based on Manny alone, otherwise it would be a zero!!!!!! More

Horrible Customer Service The overall customer service at this dealer is awful, unless you have to have a Chevy and this is the only dealer you can buy from. No integrity and dishonest Wanted to share my experience with while I was in to order a new car at Autonation Chevy in Valencia California. Called this dealership a couple month Wanted to share my experience with while I was in to order a new car at Autonation Chevy in Valencia California. Called this dealership a couple months ago asking about a 2017 Chevy Camaro ZL1 allocation. These vehicles are hard to come by but because of a positive and accommodating purchase I made at Autonation Jeep in Valencia a few months ago I thought for sure this was the place to go to for car purchases. But after today I am very disappointed and dumbfounded by the lack of integrity and honesty at the Chevy dealer. When I got a call from salesman named Chad that they had an allocation and would I like to come in to build out the car for ordering I thought great. But was I wrong. First thing I did was verify that the car was not going to be marked up beyond MSRP. Chad then confirmed with General Manager that there was not. After building out the car I presented Chad with my Military Discount voucher and was ready to write a check for the deposit they needed. At this time Chad says that The General Manager was not going to honor the General Motors Military Discount program. I then pointed out that the dealerships web-site has a link to the program and the build feature was specific to a Military Discount for this vehicle. His response is what floored me. I quote “we don’t make enough money off the Military Discount program so not offering it on this vehicle”. I tried to point out there advertising on the website which he went to but it did not make a difference. As a Navy Retired Master Chief of 27 years having served in three combat zones I have never felt so degraded in all my Military experience shopping anywhere. After the Jeep purchase I refered everyone to Autonation to include even my boss who just signed a deal for a Mercedes at Autonation. I feel so betrayed and sick to my stomach with regret for believing Autonation was different. More
