Jerry was honest and great. Needed an oil change and informed me I needed transmission and differential oil changed. At no point did I feel he was trying to upsell me. I needed a tire repaired but at the end informed me, it actually needed to be replaced. He hooked it up with a military discount, which now a days, there seems to be no appreciation for Veterans. Thank you Jerry and the automation team. Did want to recognize the shuttle driver, this was my second interaction with him and both times quite pleasant. More
