You want an honest opinion, here it is. During my last visit, I again had to go hunting for a service writer. I had an appointment and someone should have been there waiting for me as other dealerships have done in the past. Also, after paying for the service, I again had to wait for someone to find my keyfob so I could leave. My vehicle was sitting there ready to go. While trying to find my keyfob, I didn't like seeing a chair in the doorway of the SR who had helped when I arrived. That was a clear indication that he was too busy and to go elsewhere. He did in fact help, but the chair was very clear. I understand that everyone has a job to do and can be busy, but your customers are the ones who pay the bills a saleries. We have a choice and can go elewhere. More
Our sales person Krys was great, no complaints with him. Unfortunately the car we bought left my daughter STRANDED on the side of the road SIX days after we bought it. The service department has been incredibly difficult to deal with. Our service advisor has refused to give us a call back. We had the car towed back to them a week ago. We were told it needed a battery and spark plugs. Only after speaking to Krys (sales), a week later, did we learn the car needs a new engine. My daughter had the car 6 days. I am so disappointed. Thankfully it is still under warranty. I wish the service department would communicate with us more. More
