I made an appointment for an oil change. I showed up right on time and handed over the keys to my service advisor (Jerry Hicks). He was personable and answered all of my questions. The service was completed as I sat in the waiting area. The waiting area was quiet and comfortable. The amount of time I waited was reasonable. When the service was complete, Jerry let me know. Jerry reviewed the status of my vehicle and answered all of my questions. I paid the bill, which was reasonable for a dealership, and walked out to my vehicle. My vehicle was waiting for me and even better, they had washed it as well! Overall, it was a great experience. More
