They sold me a 2012 ct200h the had issues with the engine (sever)shaking at cold start within one day of purchase, they state that they do 150 point inspection, i don't think so, all they did is wash the ca (sever)shaking at cold start within one day of purchase, they state that they do 150 point inspection, i don't think so, all they did is wash the car and a tune up, my wife, all she had to do is to turn the car and we found the issue and we determine the engine had a engine problem, did they really check it? don't think so, all they had to do is look up a Lexus bulletin and found out they have this common issue on the vehicles. i am sure they knew about it, i returned the vehicle got my money back, very disappointed with this dealership, i am sure there other good honest dealership out there. they should really do what say they do. wasted my time very disappointed!! sincerely Mr. Reyes...
