Service Department is un responsive, including the “manager”. Left me without a vehicle for an additional day while mine was getting warranty service. My vehicle wasn’t ready the next day and all the service dept was gone with no one to assist with providing a rental. Sales didn’t help, says “They’re a different department”. More

The Service was just "okay," not exceptional. I had an appointment at 9:40 and the Customer Service Rep. did not review the Service needs until 1/2 hour late. I purchased my car from Santa Clarita Chevy agency and have had my car for a long time. When my car needed service I would contact Steve in the Service Department to make an appointment for service. Steve has always helped me with my car for maintenance and would take the time to explain what the problem is and what it would take to fix it.
