After owning my Silverado for four years and taking it in to the dealership several times my truck was finally repaired. I guess because my warranty was over they thought it was a good time to fix the proble to the dealership several times my truck was finally repaired. Sad when I knew what the problem was and what they needed to do to fix the problem but I was told thing like “have you ever owned a truck before”… I’m happy to see those people who told me that were not working there anymore.. my service tech this last visit was more understanding and did a good job helping to get my extended warranty company to cover the parts and labor. I exclude Lorenzo, as he was the only one with manners. Go to elsewhere, where you'll be treated with respect and they follow policies instead of trying to run the show themselves. More
