My wife and I were looking for a Chevy Traverse since last October. My wife had her heart set on the Redline edition. We either couldn't find one in stock, or the dealerships that did have them were aski last October. My wife had her heart set on the Redline edition. We were very discouraged. Finally we came across Autonation Chevrolet in Valencia, CA. Dan was our salesman and in all honestly he was such a blessing. He was super knowledgeable about the vehicle and went out of his way to make sure we had a easy pleasurable buying experience, and most importantly that we got all the discounts we qualified for. We drove out of there in our new Redline Traverse and payed 1,500 under MSRP. I was absolutely amazed! Rick the service guy is why I come back to Autonation Chevy. For three years since I move to the SCV from the SFV he's been the guy to handle every chevy I've owned and he is why my girlfriend takes her Chevy. For three years since I move to the SCV from the SFV he's been the guy to handle every chevy I've owned and he is why my girlfriend takes her Jeep to the Autonation in the next lot. In fact, when I bought my used 2019 traverse last fall I got the extended warranty along with the maintainence package at a good deal. THe latest oil change/maintenance I recieved included a little video report of the condition of my car. Very cool that I got it as a link on my cell phone! The only time i've had a hiccup is in trying to check my gas gauge. Rick's hands are tied with that one because when tech issues, like my gas gauge, need to be inspected/reviewed the availability of the tech people is very incovenient for the customer's work schedules. I get out around 3p and the current issue with my gas gauge cannot be inspected to see if it needs correcting during 8a-3p and saturday appointments are not really available for such issues. You guys are great for maintenance stuff anytime of the week INCLUDING saturdays. So I believe Rick is trying to come up with a solution to my gas gauge issue (inspection/correction) as I write this review. Overall you guys are awesome! My cars will always stay fit to drive with you guys taking care of them! JHO More
