I leased my 2020 Chevy Bolt with this dealership back in early 2021 and have been very satisfied with the car performance and sales service. The after market service for my first service appointment met my expectations but annoyed by the service rep not being there at the time of my appointment and there were no interactions given before and after the service. No one explained what was done on my car but just have to read and decode the report provided. However, the shuttle service driver, Samuel greeted me upon arrival, helped me find my service rep, who wasn’t there and was pleasant in shuttling me back to my residence. I was quite astonished that the lounge chairs/sofa at the customer waiting area were outdated and worn out. This does not display a pride of ownership environment. More
