Took my tahoe 13 in and yes they did the recall but it took them 4 days too long and all I got was my door handle to my driver side door was broke when I got my truck back. More

Hello, I’ve called several times this week was told to speak with someone who was labled the general manager(GM) and when I spoke with him, it turned out he is not the GM but would leave a message for the actual GM. A couple days later no response. I just called and was asked which GM I was told to wait and would be transferred to their phone, I got a voicemail box with no outgoing message. This is very disappointing.
