I take my car for transmission issues, they keep it for 5 days , and the and they told me, that was nothing wrong it’s it that was normal, but they did the oil, change with out asking me , I did not take it days , and the and they told me, that was nothing wrong it’s it that was normal, but they did the oil, change with out asking me , I did not take it for oil change, Thad car barely have 4000 miles the manufacturer recommended to do the first oil change at 7500 miles and change that DCT filter at the same time, when I pick up the car they was same issues, with the tire pressure, the gay to take care that problem, sit in the car direct wit work clothes, did not not use anything to protect the Upholstery, it Olson have drops of oil in the paint on the driver side , totally disappointed with this visit More

I scheduled an appointment on line days before, For an oil change . Got to the dealership at 8:40am. As I entered there was a lady that took down my name and confirmed my appointment, she said have a seat oil change . Got to the dealership at 8:40am. As I entered there was a lady that took down my name and confirmed my appointment, she said have a seat be with you shortly. 40 minutes later another service advisor ask if I been help. Told him no as I was ready to walk out. He checked with someone and told me my service advisor will be with me in a minute. Now been there waiting for just under an hour. Service advisor then took my info arrange for a ride home and I left the dealership. At approximately 3:45 pm the service advisor called to tell me my truck was ready. Wow! Over 5 hours for a simple oil change. Not acceptable. More
Incredible experience with Sharon at Auto Nation Chevrolet. I knew exactly what I wanted and actually set a very high bar to a vehicle I didn't think they would find. Sharon realized getting this ex Chevrolet. I knew exactly what I wanted and actually set a very high bar to a vehicle I didn't think they would find. Sharon realized getting this exact vehicle was going to be difficult, so she gave me all the options but never tried to sway me from the one I really wanted. She must have spent countless hours, days and weeks looking for my car. After about a month she informed me that she had located my exact vehicle. She walked me through every step and was always there to answer all my questions. Sharon and their financial team changed my mind about working with car dealers. Great job!!! More
Wonderful customer service! !! I'm a proud Chevy Volt owner but had serious problem with my 2017, where it was not drivable. I dropped off the car first thing on Monday morning !! I dropped off the car first thing on Monday morning and got a courtesy ride home from their very pleasant driver. It took them 2 days to assess but Jerry was in contact and very apologetic. As I had researched, it ended up being a control module that was backordered indefinitely due to supply chain issues, but Jerry's customer service was above and beyond taking away the pain from that bad news. He got approved (on his day off) for me to get a rental car. I worried needlessly that the part would come in at some point weeks later, but without me following up, they would let the car sit. The part came in the following week and it was repaired the next day after the part was received by the dealership! . Jerry even arranged for the rental car to be picked up at the dealership so I didn't have to figure out those logistics. To top it off, both the repair and rental car were fully covered under their Powertrain warranty and all with zero hassle. Customer service is not dead here, I've recommended them to my boyfriend and his daughter who both have similar year Volts. More

Dropped off my car Lexus 300h at 11 for simple oil change. Waited till 2 and finally asked the status cuz I had a meeting at 330 in LA. Come to find out they haven’t even gotten to the car yet. I understand shortage of staff but no communication what so ever. So I asked them to just do the service and not to wash or vacuum. Got in my car, maintenance light is still in. I asked and they said, “ you would have to take it to Lexus to reset it” my question if you can’t handle all the cars why give out appointments. 2nd horrible service at Auto nation branch so i just ended canceling service subscription.
