Terrible service. Work was performed on my vehicle without notifying me. My extended warranty didn’t cover a “software update” so I had to pay out of pocket. I should have listened to all the other negative reviews about the service department. Took my car in for a recall fix. Took the car in at 7am and was told it would be done around 11am. It wasn't. I was then told they were "letting it sit in the sun to warm up" so the piece they needed to remove would come off without breaking. Total BS but they hadn't fixed my car so I let it go. I took my car in early because I had to work later. I was told 11am. Then 1pm. Then nothing. Finally at 3:30pm I just went to get my car, repaired or not. The service advisor was very cordial except for the bs about the sun. So I'm adding a star for that. I didn't get my car until 4:00pm. From 7am to 4pm for a wiper recall I was told by the dealer would take about an hour. I'll just take my car to a dealer in the valley if dealer service is needed again. More
Bad communication between the sales and service department led to an overall poor experience. I went in to buy out my lease. My purchase was after 3pm and the service department had closed so they advised me to come in the next day to complete a routine inspection. There was never a mention of making an appointment, just coming in before 5pm. I took a long lunch (from work) to head down and complete the inspection on my own time. When I arrived, the service department left me standing with my wife for about 10 minutes until a young tech came over and asked if he could help us. We explained our situation and he walked inside to check the appointment schedule. Once he saw we were not on the schedule he walked away and went to sit down with another customer. We were left standing for another 5 minutes in the office. I had to go and flag down another tech who asked if we had an appointment. I advised that tech (again) that we were never instructed to make one and he said that although our inspection was a routine thing 15-20 mins long everyone was on lunch and it would take at least 1.5 hours. Being off work and not wanting to have to come back and miss more time, I decided to stay and wait it out. The tech rolled his eyes and asked who told me to come back without an appointment. Once I let him know it was Gabe he said that he hasn't been here long and doesn't have much experience and that the maintenance department actually closes more Iike 2pm. The tech was a nice enough guy but at this point I am missing work in order to complete an inspection that is routinely done as a courtesy at the time of purchase. I also have previously enjoyed a car wash, oil maintenance and all the little things that occur when you buy the car outright from other dealerships. The sale went well, but the overall experience was ruined after the sale was completed because of poor communication between front office and maintenance. More
