The service department will say whatever they need to say to get your business. Service advisor told me a day to fix my truck, said he’d call by the end of the day, then never called me. Went in to check on to get your business. Service advisor told me a day to fix my truck, said he’d call by the end of the day, then never called me. Went in to check on it, and another service advisor totally blew me off and ignored me. The next day I told them to give me back my truck. The same thing happened to me in 2013 with Chevy. Thought they might have fixed their BS, but it’s all the same. Just like before, I will be taking my business to GMC, where customer service really does exist. Chevy will never receive my business again. More
I purchased my Volt here in 2016. It doesn't require much maintenance but when it does I call Steve Johnson, my service advisor at Chevrolet Valencia. Without fail Steve gets my vehic It doesn't require much maintenance but when it does I call Steve Johnson, my service advisor at Chevrolet Valencia. Without fail Steve gets my vehicle in and out with as little hassle as possible. He's upfront, honest, and communicative. I'm a bit old school and still believe a person's firm handshake and word mean something. Steve provides both. Everyone else, from the cashier to the shuttle driver, have always been professional and courteous. And with 110,000 miles on my Volt it is still going strong. More

Checked in with Dante who addressed all my concerns at check in. Great guy! My car was ready before I knew it. As I checked out I got an alert of the mechanic’s recommendations. Pretty cool feature.
