I have to agree it was my best experience buying a car, and I was scare since transaction was from a state far from the dealer. Price and deal was too good to let it pass and the vehicle arrive in time and in perfect conditions. Bought a truck and originally thought they had good customer service since they offered to bring the truck to us and sign paperwork at our house. The service stopped there. As a 100% disabled vet the plates and registration are free for us, we paid AutoNation about $200 to send in the paperwork, we stressed the need to get the right plates (handicap). We asked repeatedly that the proper handicap plates be ordered. We were assured it was all taken care of. Our contact attempts were completely ignored once the signatures were done. We also only received 1 key fob for a 2025 truck, again completely ignored when contacted about getting a 2nd one. If you are active duty or a veteran do yourself a favor and skip this dealership. Plenty of better options in the DMV. The person that we dealt with and ignored us after the sale was Josh who is apparently the finance manager. We have purchased a few trucks from Koons over the years and should have stuck with them, we know better for the future. More
