My salesman Mr. Mariscal was very helpful. I had done considerable amount of research on line for a used car that met my needs and my price range. I had narrowed my search down to 3 cars I wanted to loo considerable amount of research on line for a used car that met my needs and my price range. I had narrowed my search down to 3 cars I wanted to look intot. Only one of of the 3 cars was at Appleway. Initially I was quite pleased with the car until my son-in-law noticed the car was a "manual" and NOT an "automatic" as shown on Appleway's web site. An automatic was number one on my personal list of "must have's". I even felt sorry for Mr. Mariscal as he certainly had no part in the advertising error and needless to say I certainly wasn't happy. I was ready to leave the dealership to check out the other 2 choices. Mr. Mariscal VERY patiently showed me other cars but none of them met my needs. Prior to leaving Mr. Mariscal was writing down my needs in the event something came up and then he asked me if I had a color in mind? Being somewhat sarcastic I said in a perfect world Royal Blue. He immediately asked if I noticed the blue Mitsubishi, which I hadn't . We went over to look at it. It was not in my price range and had more miles on it than what I was looking for. However, I did like the car although I had no knowledge about it, since it wasn't one I had researched, Mr. Mariscal spoke with someone whom I guess had higher authority and they did lower the price. That being said I bought the car. The next day I was looking on the Mitsubishi web site and on a whim decided to check out what their siite would say the car would get on a trade in. I was disappointed to discover it was $5,000 less than what I had paid the day before. Bottom line Mr. Mariscal did handle this pretty unset 70 year old broad very kindly. I realize he had no control over the price I was given and to this minute I'm not sure if the price would have been different if I had waited to do some research myself before I bought the car. I realize no one made me buy the car. All said and done this learning experience would not stop me from recommending Appleway Chevrolet to a friend. Mr. Mariscal also tracked down the second key for the car and when I went to the dealership to pick it up he took the time to help me with the navigation system. More
The Salesmen at Appleway were so friendly and knowledgable, it really helped us making a purchase. They are trustworthy, and that's saying something in todays world! We had an amazing experience at Appleway Chevrolet. Carla and Sam are fun we all had many laughs. We came back two times once in the same day as our original day and then a week later. I really just went in to do some product research on a Chevrolet Equinox but I ended up totally loving it. Carla, Brad, and Mike were all extremely helpful in making this purchase possible and I would ab Chevrolet Equinox but I ended up totally loving it. After a not so stellar experience with the Toyota side of Appleway Automotive Group, Devin and Kimberlyn from Chevrolet went above and beyond the other salespeople. No high pressure sales. They were honest and up front. We told them what we wanted and what we were willing to pay. They were fast at making it happen. Very disappointing experience. Had my car in service and they did not do anything. Told me that my insurance does not cover this particular problem: fixing a oil pressure problem. What worse they caused me they did not do anything. Told me that my insurance does not cover this particular problem: fixing a oil pressure problem. What worse they caused me damage to my rear bumper and never told me about it. More
