By the time I arrived, I was ready to buy. He completed the process quickly. Washed the car himself since the Lot Attendant had gone home. Completely filled my tank with gas, which I have never been given before. Additionally, I was contacted by the Manager Devin Meyer to ensure I was aware that he was in on the process to make it very quickly. In addition, the Finance Person made it simple for me. Flew in from out of state. Asked that my paperwork be ready so I can fly in, pay for the truck, and hit the road. I paid cash to make things easier but that wasn’t the case. I figured the experience would be quick and easy. Nope! When they were finally ready to go through the paperwork the sales manager was a total jerk. He didn’t bother to apologize or anything. He couldn’t even answer any of my questions about the title process because “you live in Oregon, I don’t know how they do it there”. Wow, I thought this was AutoNATION. I paid cash, a lot of cash. It would have been nice to get the title or a clear explanation of the process. I’ve called twice with no call back and I’m still without the title. I’m buying 30 day trip permits through the DMV which is a total pain. I’m not happy with the experience. More
