We were contemplating the purchase of a new travel trailer and needed a vehicle to tow it. Initially we went in to take a look at a Chevy Avalanche. We were never locked in a room, with the sales rep running in & out to "run it by his manager". They seated us at a comfortable table, out in the show room area and we never felt confined or manipulated. Once we'd decided on the purchase, they were very fair for our trade-ins. The finance manager clearly explained the available service plans and extras available to us, but we never felt pressured. They have been very communicative (even after the sale), responsive and accomodating. I would recommend them to anyone. More
