Took 2022 Colorado in as rear camera is not working and it sat for 2 days and was never looked at. Picked it up and have never heard back a week later about getting it resolved. Called multiple time and could never reach the service department. Spoke to call taker and they could not reach them either. Asked on three occasions to have the service manager call me back with no fallo department. Spoke to call taker and they could not reach them either. Asked on three occasions to have the service manager call me back with no fallow through. Took 3 days to even have my truck looked at by anyone all while being told the opposite. I was very disappointed with the communication at every level and to top it off my check engine light came back on the very next day after picking it up. More

We bought our 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500 from another dealer. We then purchased a Dashcam from GM. We tried to have it installed at another dealer group twice and they couldn't even get my appointment se dealer. We then purchased a Dashcam from GM. My Honda needed a new tire. I bought the car from Autonation Chevrolet and I know a lot of the service people. The tire was ordered and was installed the next day.
