Jim Drews went above and beyond from the moment I walked in the door. He met all of my needs and then some. Wayne Sebring worked harder than I thought anyone would to get my loan approved at the best rate possible with my less than easy situation. Not only did he put forth such tremendous effort, but he also gave me information and advice to get an even better rate in the future. I was so impressed that he worked so hard for me and truly made me feel like he cared about me first before anyone else. Dirk Dehnel was very attentative, caring, professional and helpful. He went over everything with me and treated me like gold. From his customer service to his help with all the paperwork, Dirk was another amazing person this dealership is lucky to have. All in all, everyone I met there was not only friendly, curtious and respectful but they all remembered me when I visited after my purchase. Always offering coffee and the best espresso in town while making sure I had everything I needed and that I was as comfortable as I would have been at home. I have received nothing but absolute 150% beyond expected customer service. From the time I inquired about a new car till I arrived on the lot to purchase a car, all staff was very courteous. We were contemplating the purchase of a new travel trailer and needed a vehicle to tow it. Initially we went in to take a look at a Chevy Avalanche. After explaining our needs and potential uses for a new vehicle, Neil suggested we also look at the Tahoe. It was a "perfect match"!!! Neil was up-front and straight-forward. We were never locked in a room, with the sales rep running in & out to "run it by his manager". They seated us at a comfortable table, out in the show room area and we never felt confined or manipulated. Once we'd decided on the purchase, they were very fair for our trade-ins. The finance manager clearly explained the available service plans and extras available to us, but we never felt pressured. They have been very communicative (even after the sale), responsive and accomodating. I would recommend them to anyone. More
