Everything was great besides waiting for delivery of my SUV since the one I wanted wasn't at this dealership. But the wait was well worth it because I got better options in the one I waited for. I would take my buisness to where Gabe worked regardless of the dealership he may be working at. I was quite impressed with the knowledge of the Sales person that I dealt with, Yilmaz. Out of the many car dealerships that I visited and sales representatives that I spoke with, Yilmaz had the most kno person that I dealt with, Yilmaz. Out of the many car dealerships that I visited and sales representatives that I spoke with, Yilmaz had the most knowledge about the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. I rated "Friendliness" a lower than the rest because of Todd Todovor, the finance person. For many, many reasons, I wasn't impressed with the finance person, Todd. Yilmaz and Jeff; wonderful and respectable men to work with in the purchase of my new vehicle. Yilmaz kept me updated about the delivery of my vehicle, when it left the factory, when it was delivered, etc. After learning that the specific vehicle I wanted would have to be made, I searched in three counties for a car dealership from which I would make my purchase. No other dealership necessarily took me serious because I am a woman, or treated me as well as Yilmaz and Jeff. Yilmaz knew his product, as did Jeff. Chevy Equinox was a leading product in the Chevy line for months, and it was difficult to find a sales representative who knew as much about the vehicle as I did: a manager at Stingray Chevrolet didn't, the previous man I spoke with at Autoway Chevy didn't, and a high-pressure salesman at Ferman didn't either. I would, without a doubt, if Yilmaz were working in the right place, purchase a vehicle through him again. More
