Mike and the manager (Mark) were extremely nice and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Both of them were straight shooters (A very important/rare quality in a car salesman). I was buying my first vehicle and it couldn't of gone better. They found me my perfect vehicle and haggled like true gentlemen. The overall experience at this facility was exceptional. Bottomline: Mike Campbell goes out of his way for you to make sure you get what you want and that you are happy...any time of the day, any day of the week. Exceptionally professional. Thanks Mike. It was a pleasure. More
DON'T TRUST THIS DEALER. We made a deal (received a DON'T TRUST THIS DEALER. We made a deal (received a documented quote) and scheduled a time to pick up the vehicle (confirmed by the salesman via an email). We cleaned out the tradein and got all the papers together. Shortly before driving down to pick it up we got a voice message from the sales manager. He said - don't bother to come down to pick up your new vehicle since we sold it to someone else. He never even appologized in the message. I called back and left a voice message for him to call me which he never did. I suspect they got a better deal. Since then we've got several notices to activate On-Star so they must have documented the sale to Chevy. We also gave them a promotion offer for a $50 gift certificate for test driving a vehicle which we never received. We documented the problem to the Chevy Customer Assistance Center. They were a complete waste of time since they said they have no control over dealers and pushed the issue back to the dealer. They just wanted to get the issue off of their books without doing anything. In the last correspondence with the Center they said we should call the dealer manager. Needless to say we are completely disatisfied with both Autoway and Chevy Customer Assistance. Salesman was Curtis Breivik More
My decision to do business with AutoWay Chevrolet was based on (2) factors. The first being that I purchased my original vehicle from their dealership in 2008 from Gabriel Rodriguez. I had never forgotte based on (2) factors. The first being that I purchased my original vehicle from their dealership in 2008 from Gabriel Rodriguez. I had never forgotten my experience with AutoWay Chevrolet, it had been a positive one that I reflected on throughout the years of owning my first "new" vehicle. In 2008 Gabriel took the time to actually "listen" to what my husband and I wanted, going the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. When deciding to "upgrade" vehicles in November of 2012 I telephoned AutoWay and asked for Gabriel. I told him who I was and that I had moved away but wanted to purchase another vehicle. I advised I did not want to work with anyone but him. We made an appointment to meet that afternoon. Upon arrival Gabriel had the vehicle I mentioned interest in on the phone waiting out front at the dealership. As with my first purchase in 2008, Gabriel listened to my "wants", we discussed options and smiling as he always does no matter what the situation, we completed the deal. I left with the vehicle of choice, completely satisfied once again with my business transaction at AutoWay Chevrolet. Gabriel Rodriguez is a person who defines the meaning of "customer service". There is nothing more important in the business realm today than someone like Gabriel who focuses on his customer and maintains the beliefs that his customers are his business. Gabriel is an assest to AutoWay Chevrolet and a blessing to all of us that have the opportunity to become his customer! Thank you Gabriel for making my purchases a pleasant experience. More
I went there with my CPO Chevy for my rear lights being out and after the service advisor, Chris Sullo, spent 45 minutes trying to figure out what he could charge me for since I am still under warranty, tw out and after the service advisor, Chris Sullo, spent 45 minutes trying to figure out what he could charge me for since I am still under warranty, two hours later they finished working on it, a fuse was blown and they charged me 63.95 for it which I don't know why I paid. The next day the car wouldn't start I took it back and Chris Sullo said I needed a new battery and it would cost 177 dollars. I called Dimmit Chevy and they said its covered under warranty and any Chevy dealership can do the work. What a scam this place is, thats how they treat Chevy CPO customers? Yeah no thanks. More

He was very knowledgable and helpful on every visit. I started out not very sure on which model i was interested in and he put up with all my questions about each of the packages and even comparing the 12s to the 13s. my purchase visit was as smooth as pie as well. I will definitely call on Gabe for my next car purchase. More

I have been in the market for a new Chevrolet Tahoe for the past few weeks, filled out an inquiry on TrueCar.com.and the first dealer that responded to me was Autoway. As a result, I have had the plea the past few weeks, filled out an inquiry on TrueCar.com.and the first dealer that responded to me was Autoway. As a result, I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Cody Poston. On Saturday, August 11th I met with Mr. Poston and he was extremely gracious and listened as I described the exact vehicle I was looking to purchase. Although they did not have the specific vehicle in inventory, he did show me a very similar vehicle, with far more equipment. None-the-less, Mr. Poston guaranteed that he would do the internet research and locate the vehicle with the specific equipment that I was seeking. Good to his word, Mr. Poston called me the following day and even emailed me the specifications and prices of two vehicles that met all of my criteria. One was a 2012 model and the other was a 2013 model. On Monday, August 13th I met with Mr. Cody, had my trade-in appraised and following some discussions regarding the 2013 model, which was located in Alabama, Autoway provided me a very competitive price on the vehicle in stock that I had previously seen. Subsequently, I did purchase the vehicle and cannot speak highly enough of Mr. Poston. He addressed all of my questions, introduced me to the management team and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. Most importantly, I never felt pressured. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and this was a simple and even enjoyable experience. More
In over 40 years of driving this is the first dealership I have been involved with who truly puts their customer first. They exceeded my expectations in sales and service. One month ago I bought a GM certif I have been involved with who truly puts their customer first. They exceeded my expectations in sales and service. One month ago I bought a GM certified corvette convertble from Gabriel at below bank appraisal, so obviously a great price. Absolutely no pressure. If I didn't want to buy, that was OK too. Well I did buy and got a great car at a great price. Two weeks after purchase I noticed a small, barely visible crack under door handle (car is fiberglass). Not structural and not noticeable unless you knew it was there and was looking directly at it. So we all missed it at sale but I knew it was there and was planning to pay to have it repaired. This is not covered by GM certified warranty because it is cosmetic only. But Gabriel (sales), Sheila (service), and Charlie (bodyshop) all agreed the right thing to do was to repair at their expense because they missed it too, even though no obligation to do so. And this was a $1500 work order because required 2 days labor including painting entire side of car. Well I got my vette back from the bodyshop last night and the work Charlie did was masterful. The car looks new with no sign of repair and I still have my $1500. I wonder how many other dealerships would have done this? I can't think of any that I have dealt with in the past. So if you're looking to buy a car I think Autoway Chevrolet deserves serious consideration. More
