I called to get an update on my car they never called back. Finally I got a hold of someone and they said the mechanic just started to look at your car that they were busy. Finally I got a ride to dealership and turns out they never even looked at it. Hey I get it sometimes things happens but don’t lie to me. I use to brag about this dealership but no more. Sorry More
Service that sucks! Had a 8 am appointment today to have diagnosis for engine check light warning. The service guy Dave was very welcoming at first and said he would charge $129 for the diagnosis. Three hours later I called to hear the result and he said he had nothing to tell me. About one hour later I stopped by the dealership when I noticed my car still parked outside the shop. I asked the service guy again for the diagnosis and all he could tell me was to check back in an hour or so. I asked him what was the point of me making an appointment when four and a half hours later the car has not been touched. He dumb reply made no sense when you consider the short time it takes to stick a device in the vehicle, get the codes and determine the problem. I asked him for my keys and left. These people advertise service as being very important however they suck at customer service. They have no service management skills and are a disgrace to their profession. Do not use this dealership unless you enjoy being jerked around by these service pretenders. More
Getting a return phone call is next to impossible I have called several times trying to get information on my cars service history. I can never seem to get a hold of a service person that can help. Don't Trust Them To start off, the buying experience was great. I had purchased a used 2013 Subaru WRX from them. It was a quick close and the price was right for the To start off, the buying experience was great. I had purchased a used 2013 Subaru WRX from them. It was a quick close and the price was right for the car. That's the good thing. The bad; a month and change after buying my used car, the motor went. I had purchased an extended warranty on my vehicle, so I figured I was safe. They had done their 50 Point inspection, so I figured this would be an easy claim. Unfortunately not the case. They had failed to disclose to me that the ECU had been modified, and that voids out the warranty. So basically, they sold me on a warranty that was useless. If they are doing their '50 point inspection', it should have been caught then. The dealership basically told me nothing we can do, so I now am out 6 grand for the motor. I even asked the service manager if they would have picked it up before they sold it to me, he would not answer me. He was just avoiding every single question I had asked him. He just kept repeating sorry nothing I can do about it. Story doesn't end, my clutch is also pretty much shot, so tack on another grand to the bill. The car has literally 29 thousand miles, and I have spent 7 grand in total, literally a 1/3 of what I paid for the car. Now the dealership won't call me back, nor does the GM have the decency to call me and try to work something out. I am not an unreasonable guy, I would be fine if they were to tell me we will pick up some of the bill. Instead, they sell me on something that I obviously cannot use and then tell me nothing we can do about. If I were you, I would not buy my used car through them. Even Mastro Subaru told me, this was not a new issue, this car had been beat by its previous owners. I trusted in their 50 point inspection, big mistake on my end. More

Preffered extra coverage was an absolute scam. Told me on my first servicing that I had one free oil change (and forgot to do it at that!) when i actually paid for 12!! Tire and wheel warrenty covers next to nothing! Rims started peeling 6-7 months after car purchase and not covered. They're litterally telling me that i need to change my differential oil almost every time i have the oil changed.... ABSOLUTELY ABSURD! And they just scammed another $200 off me for doing it! NEVER AGAIN. More

When asked how to move forward and complete the purchase was essentially told "it is what it is, too bad....oh yeah, and there will also be a $700 doc fee". Price cars whatever you want, free market, but telling a customer "oh well, somebody will buy it" isn't a professional sales process. More
