After being on hold for an extended time I finally got through to the service rep. In fairness, I have to give the good with the bad. Turns out that the rep was very helpful, did not try to rush me off the phone and took the time to answer all my questions. I suppose that those reps have a difficult time trying to juggle phone calls while also trying to get orders processed, while spending face time with customers as well.

An update on my last post. After spending 6800+ on repairs, I come to find they sold me the car illegally. Mastro Subaru had been a great help, and informed me that the car had no catalytic converters. After a long back and forth with the dealership, the best they can come up with is either they can buy the car back but I was liable for the repairs (since it was not authorized by Autonation), or they can help with the cost of the blown motor and clutch. However, they seem to be missing the big picture, they sold a car illegally to me. Corporate does not get back to you, and the only person who I can get a hold of is the GM (Ron). I hate taking legal action against people, but they sure do not like to cooperate with anything I throw at them. Corporate after 2 weeks gets back to me and tells me that the GM makes the final decision, and informed me they don't care if I take legal action. They sold the car under the laws of Fraud, they did not disclose to me at the time of sale that they sold me an illegal car under false pretenses (they sold me on an extended warranty that was void the second I bought the car from them). I hate taking legal action against people, but they sure do not like to cooperate with anything I throw at them. Really been a bad experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend staying away from these people
