First complementary service went well. Did not adjust air pressure after rotation and on HD trucks rear pressure is 20 psi higher. After service front tires were 80 psi, rear were 60. Everything was going smoothly, or I thought. They asked me to put a down-payment to hold a vehicle and transfer it. No information given when I called or text the salesman. They sold the vehicle from under me and sent me an email to notify me the vehicle is no longer available. Real classy, if a vehicle is being purchase by someone don't ask for down-payments and drag someone along for a week and a half. At least inform the buyer it's pending purchase. More
