Service consultants John Baumgartner discussed the issue with my vehicle and promptly scheduled an appointment for the repair. After dropping my vehicle off I received a call several hours later informin with my vehicle and promptly scheduled an appointment for the repair. After dropping my vehicle off I received a call several hours later informing me the work had been completed and was ready for pick up. Upon arrival I was surprised to discover the vehicle had been washed and the interior had been cleaned after the warranty work had been completed. Very Satisfied. More

Overall I am very pleased with the service I receive from this dealer. There have been a few times when my CSR has dropped the ball and lessened the quality of service but most times the situation has been r this dealer.
