After going to all the Chevy dealerships in my area with horrendously rude customer service, I decided to give AutoNation in Extremely professional! I've been with Chevy over 10 years and I was about to have nothing to do with them anymore until Andres Gonzalez helped me out. I have been looking for a Trail Blazer since January with nothing in inventory. Andres Gonzalez was extremely helpful in assisting me lease my vehicle. I was able to put a deposit down so I wouldn't have to make numerous trips. Andres' follow up was fantastic as he kept me in the loop on the vehicle's transit status. He reached out to me the minute it was delivered. He was very friendly and professional. Andres really listened to my budget needs and helped me to the best of his ability. Jarvis (Finance Manger) was also helpful and extremely professional during the paperwork. I highly recommend working with these two individuals, they were so understanding and made my leasing experience a great one after months of stress. Thanks for your patience with me! Took my new Camaro to John to diagnose and repair a manual transmission leak. Not happy to see a 3 month old car leaking, but John had their transmission specialist take a look. He was able to replace manual transmission leak. Not happy to see a 3 month old car leaking, but John had their transmission specialist take a look. He was able to replace the leaking gasket without removing the entire transmission. Seems to have worked with no more drips after a week. While waiting for the shuttle, I was able to hear several other customer interactions and was very impressed. All of the service people seemed genuinely concerned about finding solutions to customer problems and saving them money. I'll be back! More
