I had an appt at 3:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be about an hour or so. 5pm a gentleman took payment for services and said he was leaving but my car was about done rotation. I ask if it’s been finished, state I’ve paid and simply need my keys. 15 minutes later they are finally given to me. The one gentleman now at the desk had no idea I had paid and had a small stack of keys on his desk He was clearly overwhelmed. More

Service ppl at the counter are great. Its the ppl that work on ur vehicles. Went in for an oil change & tire repair and asked them to check my tire pressures. I was charged for a slow leak in a tire that has leaked simce we purchased the car. I hva rhad the service department look at it each time ive come in for an oil change and ive been told they could not fin simce we purchased the car. After 34,000 miles and six oil changes yesterday they found the leak and charged me $30.00 to repair it. They were also suppose to rotate the tires. They did not rotate the tires as indicated on the paperwork and they did not check the air presure in the other 3 tires. The pressure is different on each tire. More
