I drive extra miles to go to the Autonation South Clearwater Chevy Dealership for service on my Silverado. The staff is excellent and just gets the job done on a timely basis and fair price. I also don't feel pressured from tons of upsells like you see from the worst Dealership in Clearwater which is Dimmitt Chevrolet. Autonation will always be the place I go. More
We purchased a Certified Used Car from Auto Nation on 8/13/22, brought it home and the next day the engine light came on, took it back to Auto Nation, they kept it for 2 days (8/14-8/15) and "fixed the p 8/13/22, brought it home and the next day the engine light came on, took it back to Auto Nation, they kept it for 2 days (8/14-8/15) and "fixed the problem". The very next day the engine light is on AGAIN and the car is now making a loud noise. We took it back to Auto Nation and they have now had the car since 8/17. We still don't have it back. They put us in a rental but we are paying $20.00 a day for the rental insurance (out of our pocket). When I asked about getting refunded for the rental insurance I was told that it was our "option" to take out the extra insurance but he will see about getting us a credit for future services for the amount we are paying for the insurance. What would make them think we would come back if we EVER get the car that we purchased properly repaired by them. Also, we are still waiting on a refund of over $200 that we overpaid at the time of buying the car. So in summary...we bought a car on 8/13, still don't have it, waiting on refund of over $200, and are out of pocket of over $240 for extra insurance on rental car. So NO NOT a satisfied customer. More
I have had my Volt in for service many times and previously my Saturn. The staff is very friendly and obliging. Michael Angelo is very helpful and knowledgeable and always explains what was done in detail. Great experiences with this dealership which seems to be missing in many areas today and they do provide stellar customer service. More
