I spent a lot of time over a 2 day period speaking online to dealerships from Pensacola to Georgia to Bradenton, yet this one had an employee named Marina that reached out and was really nice. She was the internet sales person that did more for me than all the other dealerships combined. But (huge but here), that is where this ends for Clearwater Chevrolet. My low credit score isnt my fault since my ex wife used my identity to forge herself a few credit cards in my name. Marina was helpful, but the rest of the dealership sunk their teeth into me. I wont say what my car note is for my 2023 Camaro, but I asked for a lower car payment and I was told they would work with me when I arrived. The total opposite happened and I felt rushed on a Saturday where the dealership wasn't busy at all. I was never offered any rebates, lower car payment or anything. My fiance sat there for an hour and nobody offered us a drink or anything. The hospitality here was horrific and after reading some of the previous reviews, I think I should have been more patient with Morgan Chevrolet in Tampa. I talked to them this morning and they went over my paperwork from the Chevrolet dealer in Clearwater and they said I was hosed. The finance manager fleeced me for his own profit and to be honest, I will never come here again. I am currently working on getting a refund on a few things that I didn't need and my payments should have been over $200 lower a month. Please think twice before coming here. I was impressed with Marina, but she was the reason I came and I feel cheated, lied to and taken advantage of because of my credit. Never again More
