Dropped off car at 7am for oil change. No communication for 9 hours except a mystery text/photo. I had no idea what it meant. I replied and received no response. Finally I called at 4:30pm No communication for 9 hours except a mystery text/photo. I had no idea what it meant. I replied and received no response. Finally I called at 4:30pm to see if my car was ready. It was. $107 for an oil change? I wasn't expecting that. I got into my car with seat covered in ripped plastic and paper mat still on floor.
