Dropped off car at 7am for oil change. No communication for 9 hours except a mystery text/photo. I had no idea what it meant. I replied and received no response. Finally I called at 4:30pm No communication for 9 hours except a mystery text/photo. I had no idea what it meant. I replied and received no response.
