Poor service. Dropped of car for transmission issue took two weeks to get it back. Picked it up after repairs were made and had to call back the next day to repo Dropped of car for transmission issue took two weeks to get it back. Picked it up after repairs were made and had to call back the next day to report another issue possibly transmission related. Dropped off the vehicle a few days later to have this issue addressed. Bottom line I purchased vehicle brand new from this dealer and they have no loaner vehicles available to drive while they service my car which is under warranty. Only reason I rated them a one is because you have to select a rating otherwise I would have not even rate them. Go elsewhere to get a car! More

Purchased a new car 2021 for me. . super first big purchase ever…nervous.. lots of papers to sign.. expected walk through of everything I’m signing… not much for customer service … so . super first big purchase ever…nervous.. lots of papers to sign.. expected walk through of everything I’m signing… not much for customer service … so be it…expected car to be in great condition .. something you would be comfortable giving to your sister .. hoping you liked her…not realizing my back tires need replacing … some sort of rear end rattling, fixed myself while washing my car inside rear wheel well plastics were loose…. Poor visibility from old wipers not replaced…( found this out in the monsoon rainstorm on 595)Wiper washer hose not working.. some sort of food /puke caked all over back seat and seatbelt also in between driver side and console… even found 1/2 a candy cane down there… Just wondering if these minor things are looked over what major things were not addressed..? Concerning! More

Th service advisor Deborah Gill spoke to me with no respect. My advisor did not turn up to work, so I was told by one of the service representative outside that I should sit in Deborah Gill’s office. When she came and saw me in her office, at the top of her voice she shouted to be. “WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN MY OFFICE “ so I explained to her, yet she kept on questioning me. This behavior is so low people with Deborah Gill’s disposition should not be providing service to customers. I have been coming to Auto Nation since 2015 and I have never experienced such disrespect.
