A gentleman by the name of Manuel helped me as I was almost 45 minutes early for my appointment. Took my car to be checked on Saturday and was informed that they would look at it on Monday. Called several times to see if the dealer checked it and by Thursday since car was never looked at my husband that they would look at it on Monday. Called several times to see if the dealer checked it and by Thursday since car was never looked at my husband picked up the car. Very disappointment with the quality of service that wasn't provided. Also disappointed in the car which is only 2 years old and having problems when trying to take key off of the ignition. More
