The service department is terrible. I’ve taken my truck 3 to 4 times & they still have not fixed the problem. Additionally, there’s a complete lack of communication with the customer. Took my car to be checked on Saturday and was informed that they would look at it on Monday. Called several times to see if the dealer checked it and by Thursday since car was never looked at my husband that they would look at it on Monday. Also disappointed in the car which is only 2 years old and having problems when trying to take key off of the ignition. More

Really appreciated the service I received from the service manager upon my arrival. My right front tire had blown, and I was using the spare temporarily. She checked my plan and determined I had ro service manager upon my arrival. My right front tire had blown, and I was using the spare temporarily. She checked my plan and determined I had road hazard and replaced the tire with a new one, blessing (1).
