Buying a car with this dealership was great. Having your car serviced was awful. Had my car for 2 weeks before doing anything to the car. I had to call them to get updates on my car. Went to get an oil change , and was done before it was even time for my scheduled appointment. I can’t remember his name but the guy was real nice and very helpful. The very first service appointment for my 2022 Silverado didn't go as planned as a particular warranty part that needed to be replaced was not available and I needed to leave my Silverado there for a week. didn't go as planned as a particular warranty part that needed to be replaced was not available and I needed to leave my Silverado there for a week. Luckily I still had my backup 2001 Silverado to drive as they never offered me a loaner vehicle to drive in the meantime. One thing I noticed a week after the service was performed was my crankcase was overfilled a bit and it worried me of my engine warrantee. The 2nd service appointment was setup 6 months later and their personnel were polite and professional. The only glitch this time around was upon checking my dip stick before leaving their lot was the technician had accidentally left off my oil fill cap. I realize it was human error and left it at that. I was glad that I checked it out though before leaving as it possibly could have blowback and oil all over my engine compartment. More
