My Traverse had a recall and I called Autonation to see if they could assist in the repair. My car was also running a little hot and I asked for it to be diagnosed as well. Ryan my service agent was positi if they could assist in the repair. My car was also running a little hot and I asked for it to be diagnosed as well. Ryan my service agent was positive and upbeat in the beginning and I was looking forward to getting my vehicle back in tip top shape with all issues fixed. When I came by for my first service appointment, the phone agent failed to tell me diagnostics would take days as that location was backed up. So Ryan rescheduled me for the following week as I was going out of town and could leave the vehicle to be repaired. During the 3 weeks my car was left at Chevy Ryan and I spoke multiple times and he confirmed that my recall had been fixed repeatedly and the other issue would require my thermostat being replaced for a total of $700. As a single mom this was a very hard pill to swallow as I had just had the thermostat replaced the month prior. Ryan again assured me that the mechanics thought this would fix the problem and my Chevy would be back to 100 after. During the 3 weeks my car was at Auto Nation Ryan and I spoke multiple times where he repeatedly confirmed my recall had been fixed as well as the thermostat. I arrived the 20th to pick up my car and pay my $700 bill. Upon returning to my house and looking at my receipt in detail I noticed the recall had not been fixed nor had Chevy even issued a fix for the recall. I called Ryan and said - I need a receipt that shows the recall has been fixed - this says it has not. He agreed to send me an updated receipt via email. That night I did not receive an email showing the recall was fixed - instead Ryan waited until 630am Saturday to call and leave a voice-mail saying - just kidding your recall wasn't fixed - my bad. I was not happy with the information and told him I wanted a supervisor to call me. I went to Autonation the fillowimg day to pickup my vehicle as the day before I had only paid the bill. Ryan was tied up with customers and I was on my way to work a program in Vail so I could not wait for him. I have now called and left multiple messages for Ryan to have a supervisor call me back for a week now and I have heard crickets. So Autonation Chevy has my $700 and I still have a car with a recall and a service tech who is avoiding me like the plauge because of his multiple mistakes. I had originally given Ryan all 5s on my paper survey as during the process he was great. However, after the dust has settled and I have repeatedly asked for assistance he has done nothing but hide like a coward from me. No one has called me back as of today July 25th 2023. I would NEVER reccomed AutonNation soley based on your service techs behavior. I still want a supervisor to call me back about this entire situation. More
I do not recommend this dealership. I have gone to this dealership twice. The first I took my vehicle they said it would only take 2-3 days to fix but it took 1 month. During that month I have gone to this dealership twice. The first I took my vehicle they said it would only take 2-3 days to fix but it took 1 month. During that month they would use my vehicle. The second time I went I was told it would only take an hour but when I got there they said it would be 2-3 days. I did not want leave my vehicle since it would probably take a month again and they would use it again. They also told me that I shouldn’t worry since I wouldn’t have to pay a penny. I tried to talk to the manager and he doesn't answer More
This is now the 3rd time I have visited AutoNation Chevrolet for my pre-paid oil changes. And it's now also the 2nd time I've left with an oil leak. When I purchased my vehicle at AutoNation Hyundai ( Chevrolet for my pre-paid oil changes. And it's now also the 2nd time I've left with an oil leak. When I purchased my vehicle at AutoNation Hyundai (which no longer exists) I purchased 5 oil change services for convenience. Well, when the AutoNation Hyundai closed down, I was forced to find another AutoNation dealer to honor those pre-paid services. The AutoNation Chevrolet was the closest to me. Well, I regret buying these services, and further regret coming here to the Autonation Chevrolet to try and use them. Last year, June 2022, following an oil change I discovered I now had a slow drip leak. It only appeared if my vehicle was parked in an incline where the engine was higher than my cargo area. I called the dealership and they pretty much gave me the run around, saying how they aren't a Hyundai dealer so they don't have OEM parts, whatever excuse they could come up with. So my solution was to just park with my cargo higher than my engine. Then this year I go in, middle of June 2023, since I have these pre-paid services and I want to get the labor part of the services I paid for, because in the end I still have to bring my own oil supplies since they never have full synthetic. Everything takes about an hour from arrival to when I leave and I think everything is okay cause no one said there was a problem with anything around my oil drain plug or filter. But now, it's been several days since my service and I'm dripping oil all over no matter how I park. I don't know what they did to my vehicle, but I never had oil leaks until utilizing their dealership services. I no longer have any confidence in going back in the future and will have pretty much lost 2 pre-paid oil services at this point. And following this horrible service outcome I'm going to have no choice but to seek out a Hyundai dealership since the AutoNation Chevrolet seems to have ruined something. I don't know what they messed up, or how bad they messed it up, but I already know it's now going to cost me extra money one way or another. An oil change shouldn't be this difficult to complete where it has no leaks afterwards, no matter the make and model of the vehicle or the type of dealer/service station you take it to. This wasn't my advisors fault of course, he was great actually and is really the only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of just 1. It's just the actual 'mechanical' work that I'm having the biggest issue with, and unfortunately it will be the reason I never return. More
This is where I purchased my truck. Everyone from sales to service is professional and polite. My service adviser this week was Ryan McCray. He was prompt and honest. Buying a car with this dealership was great. Having your car serviced was awful. Had my car for 2 weeks before doing anything to the car. I had to call them to get updates on my car. It was a fight to get things covered. Not worth the hassle of using it. A very stressful 2 weeks. Some of the workers were rude. Not a great experience at all. More
