I would have chosen ZERO stars or negative 5stars if i could!!!!WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Took the truck to the mechanic shop 12/2022 they didnt even look at it until 1/25/23. I called every week and neve could!!!!WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Took the truck to the mechanic shop 12/2022 they didnt even look at it until 1/25/23. I called every week and never was given an update. Staff changes every two weeks! Was given the poor excuse that they didn't have a tranny jack to fix the warranty transmission issues. Then they couldn't find the truck for months. called the shop every week to get the answer of they dont have the tool to fix the truck. Finally get an updatge in August. NOW there is a check engine light that wasnt there when it was taken in!!! how did a PARKED truck get a service engine light when it was parked for over 8 months!! then didnt even fix what they said they would fix!! I'd probably get better and faster service from the mom and pop shop down the street!! THIS PLACE IS A RIPP OFF!!!!!! NOTHING BUT CROOKS!!! More

THE, Service Department is actually very good but the phone system for Autonation is pathetic which is definitely not the fault of the people working there. Can't get parts for new vehicle. Can't ever reach anyone. Had vehicle for almost a month, and never touched it.
